ReShape Fabrication was founded with a simple idea: engineering shouldn't stop when the CAD model is finished.
Designers who build, and builders who design.
ReShape started in 3D printing and grew into full mechanical design and fabrication. Today we design and build the equipment, fixtures, and tooling that keep manufacturing lines running — custom work, done in-house, end to end.
That means one team owns the design, the machining, the fabrication, and the assembly. No handoffs between vendors, no design that ignores how the part will actually be made.
Mechanical engineering and automation — real products in real production.
CNC, fabrication, 3D printing, and assembly — the same team builds it.
Built from hands-on work, not from a sales deck.
Two co-founders, one accountable team. No sales layer, no account manager — you work directly with the people designing and building your parts.

Custom tooling and fixtures, automation, engineering work, prototypes, and small-batch manufacturing — anything a manufacturer needs designed and built. If you're not sure whether we can help, send us the problem and we'll tell you straight.
It depends on the scope. Prototypes and smaller fixtures often run in weeks; larger automation projects run longer. We'll give you a timeline when we quote.
No. We work from one-off prototypes to small production runs, quoted per job.
Yes. We routinely work on NDA'd projects and anonymize case studies when customers prefer not to be named.
STEP, STP, STL, SLDPRT, SLDASM, DWG, DXF, PDF, JPG, PNG. No CAD model? Send a photograph, a sketch, or just a description.
Use the Request a Quote form — describe the problem, attach any files, and we'll come back with options and a price. No spec required to start.
